Carlsbad, CA, 24th June 2009 – Beppie Mostert, Lead Interior Designer at Living Design Interiors LLC in Carlsbad, has recently become a LEED® Accredited Professional. With the strong emphasis on incorporating green design coming to the fore in many new building and re-modeling projects, the LEED® Professional Accreditation ensures that building and design professionals have the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully steward any project through the stringent LEED® certification process. The International LEED® Accreditation ensures that professionals such as Beppie have demonstrated a detailed grasp and thorough understanding of green building practices and principles, that result in reducing carbon footprints & emissions, increased efficiency in lighting & heating, reducing water usage and approved site & materials usage amongst other improvement areas. Living Design Interiors is celebrating its 6th year in Carlsbad next month. Recent projects include an extensive remodel of a La Jolla condo, re-designing and remodeling a 1950′s home in La Mesa and other redesign projects throughout the county.
